Councilman i0old introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74400
APPROVING'REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT 302 - WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. i has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA: that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
in the amount of $28.802.00 to Berglund -Johnson. Inc. on Project 302, Water Treatment
Plant..
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
