Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 7th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-499
CIGARETTE LICENSE - RADISSON HOTEL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Radisson Hotel Corporation has submitted an application for Cigarette
License to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6,
Plymouth Code, ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application for Cigarette License for over the counter sales and machine
sale (2) at Radisson Inn Plymouth, 2075 Annapolis Lane, be.approved for a period
to expire December 31, 1974.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
