RESOLUTION NO.' 74-496
ORDERING PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR.
PROJECT 504 ZACHARY LANE BETWEENSTOSEWERTANDOWATERTMAINTH AVENUE -STREET CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct proposed Zachary Lane between County Road 9 and
36th Avenue by the construction of 9 ton bitOrinous street with concrete curb and ;
guiter, storm sewer, water mains, and all necessary appurtenances, and to assess the
benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA x'
that the proposed Improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik and Associates, Inc
° for study, and that he is Instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed f
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed isgrovement is feasible
and as to whether is should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recownded. ,
