RESOLUTION NO. 74.495
ORDERING PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR
PROJECT 503 NATHAN LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 9 TO 49TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, is is proposed to improve Nathan Lane between County Road 9 and 49th Avenue
by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and
related storm sewer construction and all necessary appurtenances and to assess the
6e!refitting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Law, 1953, Ch. 398 as amended)
IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
NOW. THEREFORE, BE
that the proposed SIT HERment be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc

for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all irovem convenient isfeasible
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjenction with same other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
