RESOLUTION NO. 74-493
ORDERING PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR
PROJECT 501 FERNBROOK LANE FROM T.H. 55 TO 2000 FEET NORTH

WHEREAS, it is proposed to improvement Fernbrook Lane between T.H. 55 and . approximately
2000 feet north by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and
gutter, drainage structures and all necessary apppurtenances, and to assess the benefitting
properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA
that the, proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo. Rosene. Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as -proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption df the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman
Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or
abstained- none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
