Minnesota. was held on OF 7th day of October , 19 74 The following members were present: Acting Manor unt.ounc men Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde and Councilman Spaeth 4` Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: Y RESOLUTION NO. 74-492 APPROVING THE REVISION OF DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS, PER AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 8.05, CHAPTER VII OF THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance amendment to Section 8,05 of Chapter VII of the City Code regarding participation of the City in the cost of the installation of public improvements in developing plats and subdivisions, and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved Final Plat and Development Contracts for the Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition (A-191) and the Carlson Compan with ies Addition (A-215), which development contracts were written in accordance wthe former ordinance requirements, s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Council Council hereby approves the revision.of the previously approved . Development Contracts for the Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition and the Carlson -Companies Addition providing for the developers to avid themselves of the new policy regaydine City participation in the cost of the installation of public improvements, an u BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute such revised contracts in accordance with the terms of the amendments approved to Section 8.05 of Chapter VII of the City Code.
