Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day

RESOLUTION NO. 74-490
AWARDING CONTRACT - REGULATORY SIGNS FOR STREETS - TO LYLE SIGN CO
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the furnishing of regulating
and warning signs and posts in accordance with the City's specifications, bids
were rece14ed, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:
Lyle Sign Company $24,156.23
Earl S. Anderson_A Associates $24,500.12
WHEREAS, it appears that Lyle Sign Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota is the
lowest'responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that. the City Manager is authorized to purchase the warning and regulating
signs and posits from Lyle Sign Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota in accordance
with the low bird submitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
