Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
-viowed its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-484
ADVERTISING FOR BIDS - PROJECT 401-001 - LANCASTER LANE LIFT STATION AND FORCE MAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed ty the Council August 19. 1974, the
Consulting Engineer, eons troo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. has prepared
plans and specifications for the improvement of the Lancaster Lane Lift Station,
Project No. 401-001, as part of the Northeast Sanitary Sewer Trunk Improvement
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such plans and sppeecifications a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof are herbby approved.
2. The City Cleric shall prepare and cause to be inserted into the official
paper and into the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the
Miliing of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for two days, and shall specify the work
to be done, shall state that bids will be receivdd by the Clerk until 11:00
a,m. on November 8. 1974, at which time they will be publicly opened in the
Council Chambers of the City Council Chambers at 14900 23rd Avenue North by
the City Manager and the City Engineer and will then be tabulated and will
be considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on November 18, 1974 in said
Council Chambers.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmen Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof:- Acting Mayor Hunt -
Councilmen Neils and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
