The following members were present: Actino sss Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION.NO. 74-488 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 415 - 21ST AVENUE AND KILMER LANE MATER MAIN WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 9. 1974, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosen@, Andertik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of 21st Avenue from Lancaster Lane to Kilmer Lane and Kilmer Lane from 21st Avenue to 19th Avenye; on 11th Avenue between East Medicine Lake Road and Kilmer Lane and on Kilmer Lane between 11th Avenue and 18th Avenue and 18th Avenue between East Medicine Lake Road and Kilmer Lane; and on 24th Avenue between Lancaster lane and County Road 18 service road and on 25th Avenue between Lancaster lane and County Road 18 service road and on the County Road 18 service road between 23rd Avenue and 25th Avenue by the installation of water win and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on October 7,`1974, NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abuttingproperties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Minnnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429,111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $02.732.00. It is further determined that current charges for water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land use zoning. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the.28th day of October. 1974, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building. 14900 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
