RESOLUTION NO: 74-486
REFERRING PETITION.FOR UTILITIES, RECEIVED OF GONYEA INVESTMENT,
TO THE CITY ENGINEER FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
FOR INCORPORATION INTO THE 1975 CONSTRUCTION, PROGRAM
WHEREAS, a certain petition was received �b�yy the City Council from the Gonyea
Investment Co., owners of Plat 43713-34�D on the north side of County Road 9
for -the installation of water main' l aterals , and
WHEREAS, under the Northeast Sanitary Sewer Interceptor and, the Northeast•Water
Main Trunk, Project Nos, 401 and 402 respectively, this property will be serviced
by sanitary Sewer trunk and laterals services as Well as water main trunk ti service,
and E;
"EREAS, in 'order that the property may be properly developed, it is desirous
to provide water main lateral service to the same,
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that $aid petition from the Gonyea Investment Co. for water main lateral service
be referred to the Engineer for study.and recommendation for incorporation
into the 1975 construction program.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc'lmaa Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the `•
