Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on t e 7th day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-485
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES - MAPLEDELL FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition from the residents of the Mapledell First Addition for instal-
lation of sanitary sewer and water main facilities has been submitted to the City
Council for :.consideration, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's 'Five Year Capital Improvement Program proposes
that the trunk facilities to serve the Mapledell First Addition be constructed
in 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that said petition be placed on file with the City Engineer and considered
with the 1975 construction program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
