Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 7th day

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.74-484
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - SUZANNE M. ILTEN
WHEREAS, Suzanne M. I1ten has requested a Condtional Use Permit to operate an
interior design consulting service from her home at At -the -Lake Apartments,
2500 Nathan Lane, Apartment 110, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recom-
mended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Suzanne M. Ilten-for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an
interior designconsultingservice from her home at At -the -Lake Apaeum ts.
2500 Nathan Lane, Apartment 110, is hereby approved, subject to the following
conditions:
1. No outside signs.
2. No retail sales on the promises.
3. No additional employees.
4. Renewal of the Condtional Use Permit be on an annual basis.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n avor thereof: Acting Mayor;Hunt, Councilmen
Neils and Seibold
The following vote. against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
