Otten) has requested a Subdivision Waiver to detach a 1.35 acre parcel from 36.75 acres at the north- west quadrant of Highways 55 and 101, Section 18, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County (identified as Parcel "A"), and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended denial, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of lou -Park (Co -Partnership: Daniel F. and Louise A. Otten) for a Subdivision Waiver to detach a 1.35 acre parcel from 36.75 acres at the northwest quadrant of Highways 55 and 101 Section 18, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County (identified as Parcel "A"f be denied for the following reasons: 1. Proposal is inconsistent with proper and accepted platting policy. 2. Proposal is inconsistent with Goal D, Objective No. 2, Criteria i and 2 of the Plymouth's Goals, Objectives and Criteria as adopted by the Village Council February 7, 1972. This is in respect to development action prior to service by municipal utilities. 3. Proposal is inconsistent with right-of-way recommendations of the Plymouth Thoroughfare Plan adopted by the City Council, February 28, 1972. This is in respect to intersection requirements at Highways 101 and 55. 4. It is in violation of the Zoning Regulation/Subdivision Regulations. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by uncil n Seib9d , and upon vote being taken thereon, the T011owing voted n favoretierrem Acting_ Ma or Hunt.
