DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT 69-1D NORTHEAST INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS. the following described parcels of property are single family residential
properties in land zoned for commercial -industrial uses,
WHEREAS. the Council on April 1, 1974 adopted Resolution No. 74-181 relative to
deferred assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA'i'
that said deferred assessment policy as described in Resolution No. 74-181 dated
April 1. 1974 is applied to the following parcels:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof; Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following voted .
against or abstained: none. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
