CALLING, FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
XENIUM'LANE A 15TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, -by a resolution passed by the Council on October 7, 1974, the City Clerk
wad directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the improvement of
'Xeniun Lane between County Road b and the Chicago -Northwestern tracks and on 15th
(ienue 1orth'between.Xenium Lane and the Chicago -Northwestern tracks by the construction
of sanitary sewer, water main. drainage structures, curb and gutter, and streets,
WHEREAS, the Clerk hasnotifiedthe Council that this proposed assessment has now been
completed and filed in the office of the Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMa1TH, MINNESOTA
1. A hearing shall be held; on the 28th day of October, 1974,in the City Council Chambers
in the Cfty Publf� honks Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed nssessment and at such time and place all persons -owing property
affected by such improvement will he given an opportunity to be heard with reference
to'said assessment:
2. The Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing and shall -estate in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
