The following mercers were present: #" Wefollowing me►rbers werid Cnuncilmnn Snaoth turf: Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and; moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-476 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED -AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS.,a contract has been let for the improvement of Xenium Lane between County Road band the Chicago -Northwestern tracks and on 15th Avenue North between Xenium Lane and the•Chicago-Northwestern tracks by the construction of sanitary sewer, water: - main, drainage structures, curb and gutter, and streets, and the total price of the above referenced project, including the incidental expenses, amount to $268,844.00,': and of this cost the City will pay $5,390.00 as its share of the cost, and WHEREAS, in addition, it is proposed to assess Certain sanitary sewer area and water s main area charges in order to reimburse the City for the construction of certain sanitary sewer trunk mains and water trunk mains and source and storage facilities .: WHEREAS, on October 7, 1974, the City Council passed a resolution declaring the previousyy- proposdd assessmentrollnull and void and directed the City Clerk and, Engineer to prepare a neMt• roll ¢, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, 1. The costof such improvement to be specially assessed is herebydeclared to be $263,454.00. 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such Improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment inthe office of the Clerk for public inspection. 3.
