Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on the 30th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
move is
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-473
APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or PLYM'3 M that the
City enter into an agreement with the State of Minnezota, Department of
Highways for the following purposes, to wit: to provide for the City of
Plymouth construction, under contract, of a service drive (detached frontage
Toad) along the woutherly side'of Trunk Highway No. 55 from Annapolis Lane
to Xenium Lane and associated storm sewer facilities under 'Project 307"
of City plans, specifications and special provisions designated as "Radisson
Motel Area Utilities and Streets" and dated July 22, 19749 and also, to
provide for State cost participation in certain of tha< aforesaid City
service drive and associated storm sewer facilities construction: -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement. (Cooperative Construction Agreement No. 57902.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
QqVocilman Neil , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
Tollowing voted n favor" thereof:: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Neils .and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
