Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council. of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 30th day
of September , 19 74 . The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,

Councilman Neils introd+sced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-472
ORDERING PREPARATION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANUAL,
Wff"EWff AS, the Plymouth City Council finds that preparation of a Community Development
Manual for distribution to the Metropolitan Council and others is necessary and desirable,:
and
WHEREAS, the administrative staff has estimated an amount of $1000 will be required for
preparation of fifty (50) copies of such a manual,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that administrative staff be and the same hereby are directed to prepare fifty (50)
copies of a Community Development Manual; AND FURTHER, that the cost of such prepara-
tion, not to exceed $1000, shall be charged to the Contingency Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman SRaab , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
