Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 30th day

The following me ers were absent: councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-470
CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSE - ROTO -ROOTER, INC.
WHEREAS. Roto -Rooter, Inc. has made application for Cesspool Pumping License,
which application has been presented to the City Council for approval, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code,
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the application of Roto -Rooter, Inc, for Cesspool Pumping License is hereby
approved for a period to expire July 31, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by 41
RMPci llan Nei s and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor favor Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neilsagar

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
