Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 30th day
of September 19 74 The following members were present: mayor

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-466
COMPREHENSIVE STORM DRAINAGE PLAN REVISION
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised the Council that no change in prior assess-
ments are necessary, because of the change in Storm Drainage Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Resolution No. 74-253, passed by the City Council the 20th day of May,
1974, is affirmed by Council action this date.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ='
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: MaXQr Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
