NeTM—and Spaeth 0 owi-ng inembers were absent: Council= S111631a- Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-466 COMPREHENSIVE STORM DRAINAGE PLAN REVISION WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised the Council that no change in prior assess- ments are necessary, because of the change in Storm Drainage Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that Resolution No. 74-253, passed by the City Council the 20th day of May, 1974, is affirmed by Council action this date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by =' and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: MaXQr Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. _ _ and 2 Rellf5l lowing voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe% and adopted.
