RESOLUTION NO. 74-465
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - CHARLES A. ROBINSON
WHEREAS, Charles A. Robinson has requested renewal of his Conditional Use
Permit for a Home Occupation to operate a Transportation Business at 12316 12th
Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Codmission has reviewed such request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request of Charles A. Robinson for renewal of his :Conditional Use Permit = ;:
for a Home Occuaption to Operate a Transportation Business at 12316 12th Avenue
North 1s hereby approved, subject to the conditions .cited below:
1. The Conditional Use Permit be reviewed on an annual basis.
2. Petitioner refrain from parking more than two (2') 12 -passenger vehicles in
his driveway at any one time.
3. No on -street parking be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by z„
Councilman} Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
