RESOLUTION NO. 74-464
APPROVING SITE PLAN - SAM CASTELLINO
WHEREAS, Sam Caste111no has requested approval of a Site Plan for the construction
of a 24' x 40' garage structure on a parcel located in the northeast corner of
County Road 9 and Peony Lane, which is zoned I-1 (Planned Industrial), and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the request for Site Plan Approval of Sam Castellino for the cons -ruction
of a 24' x 40' garage structure on a parcel located in the northeast corner
of County Road 9 and Peony Lane is hereby granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A minimum setback of 160 feet from the center line of County Road 9.
2. Park dedication requirements be met when the property is developed for
non-agricultural or residential uses.
3. Only one drive be allowed onto County Road 9.
4. No outside storage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
