Nei is and Spaeth The fbIlmiing members were absent: Councilman Selbold wie* Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and .ii-oved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-461 DECLARING ADEQU�ICY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE"CITY COUNCIL>OF THE'CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Yenium Lane from approximately 1300 feet south of the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks to the new alignment r of County Road 15 as shown on the plat of Carlson Companies Addition; on 13th Avenue North between xenium Lune and Peripheral Road; cn Berkshire Lane between ,. the new alignment of -County Road 15 and 13th Avenue North; all as shown in the prat of Carlson Companies Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer. water main, storm sewer, 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on September 23, 1974 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made 1n conformity to Minnesota Statutes. Sec. 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and he is Instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether is should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommlided. 3. The project is to be financed from the Construction Fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CoUnrilman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted"in aver Ltiereo ,Jwor Hilde.
