Minnesota, was held on the 30th day of September , 19 74 . The following mergers were present: MDT - n The 0 I I ord ng cer, ers were absent: Councilman Seibold tri � *ter Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and mved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-460 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND 135 ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT - IMPERIAL HILLS.SIXTH ADDITION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the Improvement of 24th Avenue North and T.H. 101 in the Imperial Hills 6th Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on September 23, 1974, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. 2. And that the petitioner is owner of 100% of all the property proposed to be assessed and waives his rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council in a preliminary wady as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. 4. The project is to be financed from the construction fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Ptsolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in Tavor tnereor: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and S eth The 0 m -n ng voted against or aost=ire : none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
