Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City

Councilman Spaeth introdured the following Resolution and
move3 Its adoption:
ROGER L. JOHNSON ADDITION -STREET LIGHTS
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 74-452
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Roger L. Johnson Addition
by the installation of ornamental street lights with underground wiring was duly
presented to the Council on August 19, 1974; and,
WHEREAS. pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 19, 1974, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this
report was received by the Council on September 16, 1974,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LLYNOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of
real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. �
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted September 16, 1974. The ,pot'("i fog er Wkii(ed his -ft9lit to 'a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby desiggated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States 'Power`
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
