CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was a on the 16 day
of September 1974 The following members were present: ayyor Hilde.

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-449
ACCEPTING AGREEMENT WITH PLYMOUTH POLICE OFFICERS FOR 1975
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Police Chief have met in collective bargaining
sessions with representatives of the Plymouth Police Officers Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Police Chief have recommended to this Council
acceptance of an agreement between the parties,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the tentative agreement between the City and the Plymouth Police Officers
Association as presented by the City Manager in his report dated September 13
be and the same is hereby approved commencing January 1, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
'following voted in favor thereof:- r Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold,
Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
