Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ut r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16 day
of Member 19 74 The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
TunciTmen Hunt. Seibold; Neils and Spaeth

Councilman Huntintroduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 74-447
APPROVING PAYMENT, PER REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 - TENNIS COURTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3 -has been prepared by the Engineering Department
and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 3 in the
amount of $10,285.42 on Project 1231007, Tennis Courts, Henry O. Mikkelson Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gouncilman and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an -adopted.
