RESOLUTION NO. 74-446
APPROVING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME —BUFFALO BITUMINOUS - PROJECT NO.305 -
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the contract for the improvement of Vicksburg lane between County Road 6
and County Road 15 has several staged completion dates, one of which is the completion
of the aggregate base section by August 31, 1974, and
WHEREAS, because of unforseen delays to the utility contractor because of other private
Utility company work which presented conflicts with new City utility installations,
the contractor, Buffalo Bituminous Company, has requested an extension of time for
aforementioned.aggregate base construction to September 13, 1974, r
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the contractor is hereby granted an extension of time for completion of aggregate
base construction to September 13, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
