Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-445
APPROVING SITE PLAN - DR. IRVING HERMAN (OLSON CONCRETE CO.)
WHEREAS, Dr. Irving Herman hes requested approval of a Site Plan covering
the addition of two garage structures for the apartment buildings located at
12th Avenue North and West Medicine Lake Drive, dated August 23, 1974, and
WHEREAS,the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the request of Dr. Irving Hannan for approval of a Site Plan
for the addition of two garage structures for the apartment buildings located
at 12th Avenue North and West Medicine Lake Drive, dated August 23, 1974, is
hereby approved, su-'Jest to the following conditions:
1) Dedicationcof eight (4) feet of right-of-way along 12th Avenue North to
provide for future local thoroughfare right-of-way requirements as per
the Adopted Thoroughfare Guide Plan.
2) No outside storage of waste and garbage, with one stall in the garage be
used for this purpose.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ncilman Hunt. and on vote being taken thereon the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopted.
