Sei dl Neils and Spaeth �r �t Councilman Spaeth Moved Its a op ioRn: introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 74-444 APPROVING SITE'PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - S.J. GROVES 3 SONS CO. WHEREAS, S. J. Groves and Sons Co. has requested Site Plan Approval for the construction of a four-story office building at State Trunk Highway 55 and County Road 18, and has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a building 64 feet in height, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of S. J.Groves and Sons Co. for Site Plan Approval for the construction of a four-story office building to be located in the northwest corner of State Trunk Highway 55 and County Road 18, is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1) Recommendations of the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission be made a part of this recommendation. A cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund would amount to $3,050 ($500 x 6.1 acres). 2) Landscaping bond be posted and a completion date set prior to issuance of a building permit. 3) Subject to the approval of th_• Bassett Creek Watershed District. and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of S. J. Groves and Sons Co, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a building 64 feet in bitht is hereby approved.
