Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _rAmeeting of the City
Council..of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on the 16 day
of 1974 The following members were present- Mayor ilde,

Councilaran Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-442
APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF "IMPERIAL HILLS 6TH ADDITION"#
WHEREAS; the Final Plat for "Imperial Hills 6th Addition" as submitted by '
Ecklund and-Swedlund Home Builders,:Inc., was approbed by City Council on
October 14, 1972, and now requires a change in a street name flrom"Queensland
Lane" to 024th Avenue North" to.conform to the Cityls adopted street naming
policy, and a 30 -foot easement between Lots 3 and 4 for utility purposes is
required, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed revised Final. Plat k
of "Imperial Hills 6th Addition" and has recommended approval,
NCO, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF =f
PLYMOUTH that the Final Plat of "Imperial Hi11s 6th. Addition" dated 'September 4,
1974; reflecting the street name change from "Queensland Lane" to "24th Avenue:
North" end indicating the 3D -foot easement between Lots 3 and 4 for utility
purposes, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign the document on behalf of the City.
