Neils S ihn1� d and Spas h The o owing r..emuers ware absent: none _ Ott *** *•"* =i Councilman Hunt introduced the folic:ting Resolution and roved vts ZLoption: 1 RESOLUTION NO. 74-438 ACCEPTING BIDS FOR PROJECTS 307, 406 & 407 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the following projects; ' Project 307 - T.H. 55 Frontage Road (Radisson Inn Frontage Road) between Annapolis Lane and Xenium Lane and 24th Avenue North between Zinnia Lane an Xenium Laine by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and 9 ton street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances; } Project 406 - Storm Drainage Improvements for District BC -42, as shown in the Storm Drainage Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, March 1973, by the construction of storm drainage pipes and all necessary appurtenances; Project 407 - 25th Avenue between Magnolia Lane and approximately 1150 feet west thereof by the construction of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter and .all necessary appurtenances; WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and -tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Alexander Construction Co. $244,189.75 tury 6 Carlson $245,55.110 . Hardrives, Inc. $255.516.65 Matt Bullock Contracting 267.791.80 Nodiand Associates, Inc. 269,899.00 C.S. McCrossan $263,363.65 WHEREAS, it appears that Alexander Construction Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota Is the lowest responsible bidder, WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth a-nd the Minnesota Highway Department are going to' enter into a cooperative agreement for Project No. 307, WHEREAS, said agreement must be consumated prior to the award of any contract by the City of Plymouth, -M WHEREAS. Alexander Construction Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota, the lowest responsible bidder,_tes agreed to a thirty day extension for awarding of the bids for Projects No. 307. 406 6 407, thereby making the bids received on August 16, 1974 good until October 15, 1974. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
