Council of the City of Plymouth, Ninnesota, ►:as held on the 9 day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the follo-ging Resolution and mored

RESOLUTION NO. 74-437
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
36TH AVENUE SIDEWALKS
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1974
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
improving 36th Avenue (south side of street) between County Road 18 and
Pilgrim Lane by the construction of concrete sidewalk and all necessary
appurtenances. and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in the office of the Clerk for public inspection,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 30th day of September 1974
in the City Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900
23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all peesons owning property affected by
such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such assessment,
•2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to bepuElished once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the Improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foreg6Tng Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
•passed and adopted.
