The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Wilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold,Neils and Spaeth. The f0lrl0W'"g

FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
SOUTHWEST SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STREET RESTORATION
PROJECT NO. 08 -IE
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9. 1974
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the
improvement of the Southwest Sanitary Sewer and Water Area by the installation
of sanitary sewer, water main, street restoration and necessary appurten ar nces,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has now
been completed and filed in tim office of the Clerk for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 30th day of September. 1974
In the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. in the City Public _Wbrks Building, 14900
23rd Avenue North, to pass upon suchproposedassessment and, at such time
and place all persons owning property affect" by such Improvement will

be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
24 The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
-the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the Improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment
roll.
