Minnesota, was -Eel d on the 9 day of September , 19 74 The following members were present: Mayor H 1de, !. acTTaien iiun-i; 3eibol�Aeils and Spaeth w OT lowing members were sent: none w 4 introdured the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74- 434 FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER i WATER SERVICE CHARGES `y WHEREAS, 4y a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1974 i, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for certain charges for sanitary sewer and water service which have not been paid as provided r' by law, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has _notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the Clerk's office for public inspection, ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE LITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, `1. A hearing shall be held on the 7th day of October , 1974 in the City i; Hall, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment" ] and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. , 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to .he hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.:; f; mmm� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by OnCrAlmn 4A and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol lowing vote in avor thereof: Mavnr Hilda, Gnuncilmen Hunt, Scribe d, The ANIs and Spaeth owing voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
