Page 2 F Y NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 30th September 1. A hearing shall 6e held on the. day of 1974 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the, proposed assessment to.be published once in the official newspaper at least . two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost . of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to r the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. r The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 0 ***
