RESOLUTION NO. 74- 431
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1974 the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the following described
properties:

WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

1. A hearing shall 6e held on the. day of 1974 in the
Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at
7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the,
proposed assessment to.be published once in the official newspaper at least .
two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost .
of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to r
the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. r
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
