HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-430iso CITY OF PLYMOUTE Pursuant to due ca.1 and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, eras ne on the of Slap.aih r , 1974 The follo-ging members were present _1 y0-F-Hilde,f Iru1a►eo .}lust„ Setbol d, Ne11 s and Spaeth The a ow ng members were absent: none Councilman Hunt ts introduced the following Resolution and moved �adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-430 FOR HEARING ON.PROPOSED ASSESSMENT NORTHEAST INTERCEPTOR - PROJECT 69-1D'' WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1974 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessftnt of the cost of improving the Northeast Sanitary Sewer Area, Project 59-1D, by the Installation of sanitary sewer and other necessay appurtenances. and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the Clerk for public inspection, } NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 30th day of September 1974 In the City Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North. at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and.at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The fity Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the ' prbposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also caeee mdiled notice to be given to the owner of eath parcel described in the assessment roll. The, motion for the adoption of the foregoi W Resolution was duly seconded by t" :Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
