Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 74-429
FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 9, 1974, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of providing
street lighting for the following areas:
Section 19, Township 118, Range 22 - Plat 43719 Parcels 3580, 3648
Section 23, Township 118, Range 22 - Plat 43723 Parcels 1630, 3025, 3050, 4200, 48109
5110,5420, 5600, 5810, 6124, 6190, 6400, 6600, 68000

MHERUS. The Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the Clerk for public inspection,
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
1. A hearing shall be -held -on the 30th day of September, 1974 in the.City Council
Chambers in the City Public Mocks Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 P.M.
to pass upon such proposed assessment at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such assessment.

2• The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing. and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment
roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold. Neils and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
