Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the C•'ty
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, ►•vas held on t e 9 da of

counRman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-426
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPDSED ASSESSMENT FOR
SOUTHWEST SANITARY SEWER. MATER AND STREET RESTORATION
PROJECT NO. 68-1E
WHEREAS. a contract has been let for the improvement of the Southwest Sanitary
Sewer and Nater Area by the'installation of sanitary sewer, water main, street
restoration and necessary appurtenances and the total price for the above referenced
project including incidental expenses amount to $45,451.22 and of this cost
the City will pay $0•00 as its share of the cost,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $ 45,451.22.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City.Engineer, shall forthwith s,
calculate the proper amount to bb specially assessed for such improvement N
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of'the Clerk F
'for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the forego• -ng Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Rtsolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
