CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9 day
of September 19 74 The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Runt, 5eTbold,- Rails and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 74.425
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER SERVICE CHARGES 6
DELINQUENT WATER SERVICE CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter VIII.
Section 8.02 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, a determination
has been made that certain charges for sanitary sewer and water service have not
been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such delinquent charges
including incidental expenses incurred is 1n the amount of $S4,343.28.
and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $54,343.28.
2. The City Clerk.with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation as provided by law. and the Clerk
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the Clerk's office for
public inspection.
3. The Clerk shalt, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils "and upon vote being taken thereon, the
