Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move. its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-`424
DECLARING COSTTO: K "ASSESSMAND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSlW FOR NEED c=
ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section T8:271 M.S.A. the (reed Inspector of
tee City of Plymouth has caused the destruction and eradication of noxious needs on£
certain Lands within sold City, and a determination has been made that certain charges
thereto have not been paid as provided by taw, and the total amount of such work
amounts to $4591.00 and the incidental expenses incurred in said work amount to
$1145.71 so that the total amount is 9 5,735.71 and of this amount the City will
pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P.LYMM, MINNESOTA:__2
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $ 5,736.71.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer and Weed Inspector,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement against every &asessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the
district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed asseisment in the Clerk's office for
public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
