Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO, 74-422
PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has previously constructed sanitary sewer trunk, force
Blain, lift station and interceptor facilities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. It is hereby determined that for sanitary sewer trunk, forcemain, lift
station and interceptor charges for the following described parcels of land:

' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor RRi1.de,Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Nailsand Spaeth. The following
. voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
