DECLARING COST TO BE.ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED PSSESSMENT FOR STREET LIGHTING- Y
WHEREAS, a contract has been tet for the improvement of the following areas: F

by the installation of street lights and the total cost of the improvemertwill
be $4,984.97 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
'
be $4.984.97.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
The motion for .the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, Neils and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
