RESOLUTION NO. 74420
CORRECTING TOTAL FIGURES FOR RESOLUTION NO 74-333; AND FURTHER, APPROVING
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 - MHO IMPROVEMENT - T.H. 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 73
WHEREAS, ppreviously adopted Resolution No. 74-333 indicated the City of Plymouth's
share to be $29,939.26, and the total should be $31,559.13, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department has submitted Supplemental Agreement No. 1
to Contract No. 15539, Minnesota Highway Department Project No. 2723-50 in the
amount of $2,434,00 for additional storm sewer work on South Shore Drive,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that Resolution No. 74-333 should be corrected to indicate the total to be
$31,559.13 and further that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 in the amount of
$2,434.00 is approved, thereby making the revised total $33,993.13.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
