The follow ng members were absent: none
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-419
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS - PLAT 44340 PARCEL 1925
WHEREAS, the City Council has acted to abate assessments previously levied on Plat
44340, Parcel 1925 under Levies 5091 and 5096 by Resolution No. 74-418, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to accept revised assessments
for the subject parcel,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
water and sanitary sewer area and lateral charges be levied against Plat 44340, Parcel
1925, in the principal amount of $3,476.37 at an interest rate of 8% per year commencing
January 1, 1975, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of this special assessment levy shall be twenty-
six (26) years.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman S aeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t eren ayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Seibold.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
