Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
of September 1974 The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde. Councilmen Hunt SelboTd Spaeth and Neils
The following me ers were absent: none
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-418
ASSESSMENT ABATEMENT - PLAT 44340, PARCEL 1925
MHEREAS,,.the City Council has levied special assessments by Levies 5091 and 5096 on
Plat 44340, Parcel 1925, and
WHEREAS, subsequent review of these assessments indicate that they should be revised,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
the assessments levied against Plat 44340, Parcel 1925 be and the same are hereby
abated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CppncilmanHunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote9tinfavor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
