Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-416
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECTS 404 a 405
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo. Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA, that the staff is authorized to make payment on
Request Ur Payment No. 1 in the amount of $31.621.63 to Alexander
Construction Company on Projects 404 and 405. Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue,
Street Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
