Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-415
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAVMEIIT NO. 2
PROJECTS 408 i 409
WHEREAS. Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Ander ik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA. that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 2 in the amount of $9,774.35 to Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. on Projects 408
and 409, 34th Avenue Streets and 36th Avenue Sidewalks.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Huntand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: r Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold,
Nei 1 s and Spaeth
