4"Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth,' Minnesota, was held on the 9 day
of September , 19 74 . The follmeing members were present:' Mayor Me,

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74414
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2
PROJECT 305
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2 has been prepared by.Bonestroo,,Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on
Request for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $104,341.03 on Project 305,
Vicksburg Lane Streets, Buffalo Bituminous, contractor.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing P,esolution was duly seconded by �
Councilman Hunt ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
