Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9 day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION; NO. 74-413
RELEASE OF CERTIFICATE OF 'DEPOSIT
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the Developer, The Playhouse Company, Inc., developer of the
Playhouse Industrial Park, have constructed certain streets pursuant to
the Development Contract, f
WHEREAS, the Developer has tompleted said street construction and required
repairs, and said work has been inspected by the City Engineer and found to
be acceptable, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested in his tetter of August 12, 1974, that
the Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $14,000.00 pertaining to this
roadway be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that the Certificate of Deposit No. 2810 in the amount of $14,000.00 with the
Northwestern National Bank be reduced to $0.00 to reflect the completed street
work in the Playhouse Industrial Park.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cpuncilman Neils ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe
